Beneficence Creating access to the health and mental health benefits of yoga via several mechanisms – pledging first to do no harm.
Wholeness Addressing the layered experiences of consciousness, biopsychosociocultural context, interconnection, and community in all their complexity.
Integration Embracing the eight traditional practices (Limbs) fo yoga for ways to glean a deeper understanding of our interweaving of science, soul, interdependence, and coregulation.
Accessibility Promoting social justice, engaging action, and personal and collective empowerment.
· Can be practiced in a chair.
· Not dependent on traditional yoga poses.
· Wear casual, loose-fitting clothing.
· Bring personal water bottle. No mat is needed but you can bring one if you like.
· Sessions are generally one hour long.
